Another PDF note: it seems a little complicated to open an attached PDF with Preview. I can simply drag the window into Acrobat to open it there no problem, but to use preview, I must go to the attachment inspector, right-click the item name (not the thumbnail) and select 'open'

PDF View pane - annotations?

Hi Jon, I really can't say enough about how great this new release is. One question: does PDF Kit (which I assume you are using) allow you to use any of Preview's annotation tools within Bookends? This would be a great addition, as it would allow notetaking and annotation within the same program. Jim

Two point: First, I for one don't mind seeing the notes removed from the main tab. I don't like making or reading notes with all of the other fields around it. And I do like the idea of having keywords on the main tab. Second, I would hate to see the drawer changed to a tab, for the very reasons tha...

Yes, importing via the web interface works fine. I guess that I've been getting spoiled of late! Appreciate that there are many requests for your time out there, but nonetheless confused that my request doesn't jump to the top of the list right away!

Web of Sciece Redux

Howdy - I notice that Sente now can search Web of Science. I wonder if this means that their database is now open? This would be a great addition to to Bookends' already great search features - esp. for those of us who are not well served by Pubmed.
