all internet searches return no hits?
As of today, I can't perform an internet search through Bookends. I've tried Google Scholar, Amazon, LOC, Columbia, Harvard...all return zero hits, when clearly the book exists. (Tried Tom Sawyer as a test) Any ideas? I have not changed anything on my computer, or in my Bookends settings. I'm baffle...

updating reference information without recopying citation
Excuse the neophyte question if it is one... I'm wondering if it's possible to update information in a reference without having to re-copy the citation into my writing file. My workflow is Scrivener -> Word, so when I copy a citation, it puts the {author,book@9} into my footnotes in Scrivener. When ...

Yes, that's what I figured. I did look at the User Guide which makes it seem somewhat straightforward (I am not an information specialist, just a grad student trying to write a dissertation), but it seems like it's going to require me to sift through the 56 pages of documentation for the BnF's UNIMA...
