is there a way to export Bookends references to excel?
I'm doing a literature review and have been using Bookends to sort the results of my different searches. Now I need to present the results in an excel document. Is there a way to export Bookends references to excel?
Many thanks!

apple script for converting BE keywords to openmeta tags?
What the title says, basically. I'd like keep my bookends library tagged with the relevant keywords in Finder, if it's possible.
Thanks.
Thanks.

How do I update an existing reference from BE browser?
From my batch transfer of my research library from Sente to Bookends, I have some references that are lacking a lot of information (they are typically just identified by the file name of the original PDF). I'm wondering how I can update these references via the Bookends browser. For example, in the ...

question about setting up smart groups based on keywords
I use smart groups as my main organising principle in BE, which are in turn created based on keywords. My question is how I can create smart groups based on two words that have a space between them, without including references that contain only one of those words. For example, I want to set up a sm...

Viewing pdf annotations in BE
From what I understand, annotations made in Skim don't show up in BE. Are there other annotation programs for mac that allows for the annotations to be viewed in BE? The annotations I make on my iPad show up, but I'd like to have the same results with a mac app.
Thanks.
Thanks.

...for placing the cursor in the search field in the top right hand corner?
When I do cmd + F, I get the full 'expanded' search option, but I can't figure out how to easily navigate to the window to the top right.
Thanks.

Re: New integration with DEVONthink Pro
Is there a web page where this stuff here is a bit elaborated? Drag references from Bookends to DEVONthink with Command and Option held to add full rich text summaries to your database, use the enhanced smart template to create styled rich text files with data from Bookends, or import multiple refer...
