I'm losing patience with this. I have a detailed academic book now around 300 pages. Every few months I print a copy and go through it with a pen. Each time I have to spend several days trying to figure out how many references Bookends has replaced with some other author from the same part of the alphabet. Going to backup copies doesn't help, because of the way Bookends and Mellel work together all copies are changed. So each time I have to go through and try to figure out which 'M' could this reference be? Which of the thirty books with authors starting with this letter have a similar page range? In the end it is going to cost me an absolute fortune (and my sanity) to sort all this out. Is there some upper limit that Bookends can handle? Or perhaps it is the mixture of languages? I'm really frustrated by this; what am I am going to do now that I am so far down the line?
Desperately,
S.
Yet again, wrong refs in my book.
