EOF error suddenly appeared

EOF error suddenly appeared

Hi to all,
I was attaching a PDF file to a book chapter entry when all of a sudden a couple of book chapter entries (last couple I added) disappeared and now whenever I click on Book Chapters in the groups column (Groups are created via SQL), the following error message appears in a pop-up window:

"Search Error: Embedded file "UNKNOWN" EOF - reached."

Could anyone suggest the remedy? I did repair/rebuild the database and I am using 10.5.2

If you did a repair and then a rebuild that error must go away. Please zip and send me the database and I'll take a look.
