List View - How to Display Book Title for Book Chapter
Currently I am writing a thesis using Turabian and am finding that I am using quite a few references to chapters within books. Sometimes I have a lot of references to the same author. In list view, I am able to see the author and the title of the chapter, but what I am unable to find in the preferences is a way to display the title of the book as well while in list view. In Preferences under the Lists tab, I have the "title" field set to display, but this always refers to the first title (book title or chapter title). There is no separate entry for "Book Title." Thus I am only able to see to which book the chapter belongs in the right pane when I actually click on the reference in list view and have the view summary button selected (sorry if my terminology isn't exact, I am still learning the program). Is there a way to view both the title of the chapter and the title of the book in the list view without selecting the reference and viewing it in the right pane? If not, would it be possible to add the option "Book Title" in addition to "Title" in the Preferences - Lists - Fields to Display area?

The "book title" field for a book is identical to the "vol (issue)" field for an article, which means that you will have the book title in the list view if you choose "vol (issue)" in preferences-lists-fields to display. (The drawback here is that you will also fill the list with a lot of vol/issue numbers for those entries that are articles and not books.)
