Acrobat problem is still in version 11

every time when I try to import the reference with a pdf from internet search, I always encounter a pop-out windows saying ' Acrobat cannot open this file because a task is still active in Acrobat. Please return to Acrobat and end the task before opening this file'. The problem was starting from a certain sub-version of 10, but it seems to stay with version 11.

First, make sure you have disabled Acrobat plug-m (see our FAQ). Second, uncheck "Use WebKit to display PDFs". One or both with solve that.
