Can't find a database

Hello,

I have created to a paper in Hebrew reference list and database. It was sometimes ago. The file was written in Hebrew.
I want now to create the bibliography for it, but, I can't locate the database neither in the Database folder, nor in the backup folder.
I can't remember the name I was giving to this database.
All I have is the document in Mellel, which is about 20 pages, and all the references pasted in from the database in time.

I will appreciate your help to find this database. I would like to scan the file and the create there a bibliography.

In the Finder, press Command-F and do a search for files where

kind is bookendsdb

(you'll need to select Other from the popup menu, then type in bookendb).

That should find all Bookends databases on your hard drive.

Thanks for your explanations.

I did it, and it gave me many results. None of them was the one that I am looking for.

I don't know what to do. Is it possible that I have erased it unintentionally.

If I do not find it, I have to rebuilt it from the reference in the article, and I do not know how to do it in the easy way.
