Removable in-text citations

Post by pgardella »

I upgraded to 11.1.5 yesterday, and it looks like removable in-text citations stopped working since the last time I used them a few months ago. Or I'm doing something wrong.

I set up the reference in the document according to the user's guide: {!Hurley, 2008, #39378}

When I scan the document, this gets replaced with the full citation:
Patrick J. Hurley, A Concise Introduction to Logic, 10th ed ed. (Belmont, CA: Thompson Wadsword, 2008).

The exclamation point is the right character, is itn't?

Yes, I see the problem with Pages (works with Word). I'll look into it and fix it for the next update.

It turns out this bug in Pages scans has been there from the beginning (it only happnes if the final citation contains styled text). It is fixed in the next update.
