Hi —
Love this software!
But, am having a glitchy time trying to generate a bibliography after a scan.
Here's what I have as the in-text citation:
{\see, for example: \Appleton et al., 2008, #19441; Fredericks et al., 2004, #62767; Glanville and Wildhagen, 2007, #77056; Marks, 2000, #51167}
When I scan the document (APA 6th, generate a biblio, retain hidden citations, try to resolve), it gives me the dialog box "Generate a bibliography even though there were unmatched citations?" and then outputs this into my document:
(\hichsee, for example: \hichAppleton et al., 2008, #19441; Fredericks et al., 2004; Glanville & Wildhagen, 2007; Marks, 2000)
It also does not place the Appleton et al (2008) citation into the bibliography.
The guide says to use the backslash to place text as is into the citation after scanning, but it's not working for me. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks in advance for your help!

problems using backslash quoting
Re: problems using backslash quoting
Hi, you're doing nothing wrong. This bug was a side effect of some internal changes we made when refactoring some code. It was fixed in a silent update. So please download 11.1.5 again and see if it's working as it should. If you still run into problems, please follow up off-forum with tech support.
