How can I get multiple references displayed in text?

Post by a1leen »

Hello

I'm hoping you can help me. If I use the Harvard system, and I have multiple references, in the text it appears like this
This conversation spoke to a common understanding; computer workers work long hours (Valk and Srinivasan, 2011) (Augustsson and Sandberg, 2007).
But what I want it to look like is this
This conversation spoke to a common understanding; computer workers work long hours (Valk and Srinivasan, 2011; Augustsson and Sandberg, 2007).
ie, one sets of bracket over all the references, no internal brackets. Is this possible? I've tried turning of brackets but that just get's rid of them all.
