Unscan for Pages

Is it possible to unscan a Pages document at a later date?

Not it its present form. Pages has no mechanism for storing hidden text (unlike Word, Mellel, and NWP). There may be kludges around this, but they would be fragile and could break at any time with any update. If Pages '12 (or whatever) adds hidden text we will of course reconsider this.
