Crash on Scan

Hi
I am running Word (mac) 14.2.2 and Bookends 11.3 and when I scan a document Bookends crashes. It runs through all the citations, but then simply Bookends simply quits. There is no 'crash' message that appears. I restarted the computer and repeated scan. Same result. I rebuild my BD. Same result. Restarted again. Same result.

Any ideas?
