Is there a short cut for scrolling to the top of the list?

Quite often, I'd like to quickly scroll to the top (or sometimes bottom) of the reference list - is there a short cut for that? Thanks.

The Home and End buttons will do that if the list is active.

Or you could type "a" or "z", which scrolls you to the first ref that matches (but that's not as good as home/end).
