I'm trying to sync BE4iOS to the cloud and am getting the following error message:
Your request contains 474 items which is more than the maximum number of items in a single request (400).
What am I doing wrong?
I have the latest iOS (with both upgrades) and Mac versions.

Cloud Sync error
Re: Cloud Sync error
Do you see this error in Bookends for iOS or Bookends for Mac?
Please send a screenshot of this error message and your Bookends library to bookendsontap@sonnysoftware.com

Re: Cloud Sync error
I'm suffering the same sync error "Your request contains 924 items which is more than the maximum number of items in a single request (400)" in Bookends on my iPad pro.
Is there some solution?

Re: Cloud Sync error
Please try to resync your iOS library:
1. Tap on the gear icon -> “Unlink this library from cloud…"
2. Sync with cloud.

Re: Cloud Sync error
Thank you!
The error vanished and sync started!

Re: Cloud Sync error
I have been stuck on an iCloud 503 error for iOS Bookends AND an 'CKErrorDomain error 7', resulting in non syncing for the iOS devices I have.
No problem with desktop Bookends though. The unlinking-resyncing does not help, nor does a reinstall of iOS Bookends.
My guess is that this is an iCloud error?

Re: Cloud Sync error
If it's an issue with iCloud servers you should try to sync again later.
Also please try to "Reset Network Settings" as suggested here.

Re: Cloud Sync error
I'm still having this problem...
Re: Cloud Sync error
Maybe you should try to reinstall your iOS, or wait for iOS 11. I think something is wrong on iOS level.
