Copy Citation Command no longer works

Post by jwh »

I recently migrated to a new Mac Air from a MacBook Pro. Just tired copying a citation into a Mellel document, and the Command-Y does not work, nor can I do it from the Bookends edit menu. The citations already existing in the document will format and unformat like always, but I cannot add a new citation. Tried this in a new Mellel document as well with no success. Any ideas? I wondered if there is some key stroke assignment that is default in IOS Sierra that must be disabled. But I've not found a Command-Y shortcut already in use.

Did you set your word processor in preferences?
