Hi there, I'm using BE 12.8.4 and suddenly my "copy citation" into my writing software (Scrivener) is no longer working. No updates, no changes - it just stopped working, either with keystroke or pull-down menu.
I've tried repairing and rebuilding the library, but that hasn't helped.
Any thoughts? Thanks!

Yes, sorry - should have specified: the issue is the same on both Scriv 2.8.1.2 and 3.0
Re: Copy Citation no longer functioning
I'm seeing an issue with automatic recognition of Scrivener (3). If I manually do a File -> Link To -> Scrivener 3 it works for me. So try that for now. I'll see what the problem is.

Re: Copy Citation no longer functioning
Thanks Jon. The problem persists in both 3.0 and my previous version of 2.8. Like I said, it was all working just fine (just like it has for the last many months) and then this morning it stopped working (while I tried to use v.2). I had trouble linking apps, initially (which has never happened before). Then it finally linked but the copy citation feature no longer works. This prompted me to try it out on Scriv 3.0 and the issues are the same. It shows that it's linked but it won't copy citation. When I perform the usual keystroke (comm + Y) the BE Edit menu lights up blue as though it's working, but then nothing happens and I get an error sound.

Please make sure the name of the app is Scrivener, with no added text (such as Scrivener 2 or Scrivener 3). That was causing some confusion on my Mac. Once the name was Scrivener it works again.
