What is "normal" iCloud syncing behavior?

Hi, I am finding a new issue now.

I see this error and there is no syncing at all.


Sync error: CONFLICT record to insert already exists
There was an error when syncing this library with the version in the cloud. Please contact Sonny Software and describe the problem: support@sonnysoftware.com.

You can clone the library from the cloud (New Library).

I have cloned libraries a few times already due to similar problems and it is a trouble.

Pressing option and sync now made it much worse.
Only a few references remain and hundreds others are lost from the computer. I have the backup on the iPad but still...this is looking really bad.

Do you have a better solution?

Are you using the latest version of Bookends, 13.0.4 or 12.8.4?
