Create group via scanning a document?

Post by jpkell »

Hello,

Is there a way to create a group out of all of the references that exist in a specific document? I presume this would be done via scanning the document and then having all scanned references placed into a new Bookends group?

If this is not a native feature, would it be possible to implement it via AppleScript?

Many thanks!

It is a native feature. After a scan all matching references are put in the hits list. Click on Hits in the groups pane to see them. If you want them to be made a permanent group, it's trivial to do that.
