Formats FTP login

I need to download a replacement for a corrupt format file. Each time I go to the FTP site I am challenged to sign in. Guest and anonymous as given in various forum posts and in all combinations of username and password do not work. Nor do my forums username and password. What is needed to access formats for download? Also noted, the FTP login is not secure.

Thanks, I've contacted my ISP.

You can simply remove the corrupted format from the Custom Formats folder and when you run Bookends it will use the factory default.
