Downloading reference from Google Scholar?

I'm trying to download a reference from Google Scholar into Bookends. In the User Guide, it shows that there is a "Import to Bookends" that I don't see on my computer though Bookends is open (see attachment). I have tried this within the Search function within Bookends. How do I enable this feature?

There is no attachment.

The user guide also tells you what you must do in the browser to get Import To Bookends to show up (and you must be using Bookends Browser, not a standalone browser).
