Subsequent citation

I would like to clarify how should one use a subsequent citation.
I've tested it with the current options (see the attached picture) but it doesn't work.
The example I've used is:
Cit A
Cit B
Cit A
Cit B
For some reason all the citation are formatted as on their first occurrence.
Am I doing something wrong?
