Systematic review help

Hello,

I am working on a systematic review and was wondering of anyone has uploaded search results from data bases like EBSCO Medline and then removed duplicates? If this is possible to do, it would be great to receive some advice. I'm a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to this and normally remove duplicates by hand!

Use Refs -> Remove Duplicates.

Bookends will allow you to set the stringency of duplicate detection, and after duplicates are found you can have Bookends remove them for you, or you can have Bookends show them to you so that you can manually verify, and even alter which, references are to be removed.

You can make a COPY of your library in the Finder, first, so that you could go back and retrieve a duplicate if you later decided you shouldn't have removed it.

Sorry for the multiple questions, but how do I import using EBSCOhost (Medline) search i.e., which citation file format?

RIS is fine. Then import using the Bookends RIS import filter.
