"Atomic failure" when syncing after upgrading to 14.0

Since upgrading to 14.0 I get this error when syncing. See screenshot.

I have tried to repair, rebuild, reindex library with no difference. I assume that there is one specific record that is causing the trouble, but I cannot figure out which one.

Please try to do Force Resync of the library.
Click on the cloud icon in Bookends holding the Option key. And then do Force Full Sync.
