Secondary Sources - Citation within a Citation

Post by playoctopus »

Hi there,

How do you edit a temporary citation so that a secondary source can be referenced? e.g. Stryker 1980 in Stets and Burke, 2000

With apologies if this question has been asked previously.

Best,
Euan

You can do it with metatypes (see User Guide for a discussion of how these work).

Or, if it's not a common enough issue to warrant setting one up, use literal text in the temp cite. Something like

{temp cite\ in Stets and Burke, 2000\}
