In the past I used to use the shortcut control+f for the Formats Manager which I created in the System Preferences > Keyboard Shortcuts > App Shortcuts. Since I upgraded to v14 the shortcut has disappeared from Bookends, and now, in v.14.06, I can't assign any shortcut to the Formats Manager anymore. Is this a known issue?
How should I type the three last dots in "Formats Manager…"? Is this an ellipsis (created by Option+l) or just three dots?

I can't think of anything that has changed with the Biblio menu or its items. Bookends uses an ellipsis, not three periods, in menu items.

I deleted all Bookends shortcuts in the System Preferences and created them again from scratch, and that helped.

Note that the app bundle id changed in Bookends 14. That may explain why the old settings stopped working.
