I am using hashtag notations in my annotations. Examples include #why, #how, #result, #relevance, ... I find that these notations seem to be converted to markdown header formats. The text line shows in bold.
If this is the case, please consider following a stricter parsing schema for markdown. Allow #TAG without space to be distinct from # HEADER with spacing. The former is not converted to bold to remain as a (markdown) tag. The latter is one accepted form for a markdown header.
Request: Allow using hashtag notations in annotation notes
Re: Request: Allow using hashtag notations in annotation notes
Note that the # is used for display purposes only. The text, if you were to export it, would contain the # and would be interpreted in whatever way the 3rd party software normally would.

Re: Request: Allow using hashtag notations in annotation notes
Understood. The request is such that, when I view my note stream in BE, I can see #TAGs explicitly presented as such.
