Difficulties downloading from Ovid connection

I am having trouble with some downloads, in this particular case from the journal Current Opinion in Critical Care. My institution has an Ovid login, but when I click the pdf-text (see image), nothing happens. I'm guessing user error, but can someone help me?

I very much doubt it's user error. I'm guessing that whatever Ovid is telling Bookends the downloaded content is isn't something that Bookends recognizes. Unfortunately, because it's behind a paywall, it's not something I can debug. I suggest you download it via your normal browser and attach it to the reference by drag and drop.
