Internet reference

I'm a bit confused about inserting internet references in bookends. If I choose internet reference, where should I place the url to make it appear in bibliography list.

Probably the URL field. I guess that would depend on how the format was configured, though (ours use that field).

But if I choose the URL field the url isn't listed in the bibliography?

In that case the format needs adjusting. In the format order, the URL field is represented by

z

Place this where you want the URL to appear.
