Jon,
First please let me congratulate you for an excepcional product. After using EndNote from version 2 to 7 (I owe 8 but it is unusuable) I made the switch to Bookends. Almost everything on the interface is and feel better (the way to deal with duplicates, formatting styles from scratch, the "spotlight type" searches, etc.)
There is only one area where EndNote is better and I was wondering if you might consider some changes: The advance PubMed search. I personally find it cumbersome to use in Bookends. Too much typing and to insert the field codes...
May I suggest, if it is possible, a more friendly PubMed search engine? Similar to EndNote 7.0 (they screwed it up with 8.0 and 9.0), with
hability of setting up "AND" or "OR" and not to have to insert the field code after each word but rather after a few of tme.
Otherwise I'm extremely please withe Bookends. It is a superb product.
Thank you very much,
Horacio.
