unmatched citations

Hi,

I have the following problem: when scaning a document I get an error "unmatched citations" for a number of references although I always use the "copy citation button" from Bookends 8.
Now this seems to be weired because as far as I have understood from the manual using "copy citation" makes the temporary citations unique.
The references have been imported into 8 from version 7.7.5

Any idea how to fix this?

Are they really unmatched, or are they there (I mean, they can be found by clicking on the Find button in the unmatched dialog)? Try reindexing the database.
