Import filter with umlaut in name doesn't work

I have just discovered another bug related to special characters in files used by Bookends:

If you name a filter using an umlaut (or other non-ASCII character, I would guess) importing internet search results into the database does not work. Everything else seems to work fine though.

It works for me if I use the Copy To pop-up menu. Drag and drop fails -- I see the problem and it is fixed for 8.0.2.
