Default Format.... can it be made persistent?

I almost always use Chicago 15th A, so I've gone to the Biblio menu and selected it as the default format. This selection seems to get lost whenever I quit Bookends and restart. Is this normal behavior? If so, is there some other way of forcing the default format to be persistent between sessions?

Love the software....I'm just getting to use it enough lately to really understand what it does (and find just a few things that don't seem to work the way I expect).

Hi,

No, that's not normal. Try removing Bookends 9 Preferences and relaunching. If that fixes it, please send me the defective Preferences file.

In case anyone else has this problem, deleting the preference file fixed the problem, as Jon suggested.
