Problem importing XML Endnote from HAPI index

hi, as you can see from the title I can't import biblios from this web (HAPI-Latin American Journal Articles: http://hapi.ucla.edu/web/download.php?t ... 79d7865c3d) I download the file in XML but BE says "unrecognized XML schema"? Somebody can help me?

I can't access that site. But if Bookends is reporting an unrecognized schema, then it's not a standard EN xml file. Can EN import it?
