how to transfer online search from one machine to another?

If you mean the filter itself, then just move it from one computer to the other (filters are either in the Bookends/Import Filters folder, or in the ~/Library/Application Support/Bookends/Custom Import Filters/

I don't think that this is filters, it's just when you type something in search, and then click "save current search", then on the left you have kind of list of your searchers, so I want to transfer this list (which is big) from one mac to another.

The saved searches are in fact saved with the filter itself. So move the filter and you'll also move all saved searches.
