Suggestion

Post by sgreen »

Hello
When references has attachment, a symbol in List View Window is visible that allows me to see in an easy way which references that have attachments. I would like to see in a similar way if references have notes. Now I have to scroll down the summary field, open Ref Windows, or choose "Ref with notes" in the format pane to see if there is a note linked to a particular ref. A unique symbol for notes in LVW would in my mind be as helpful as the symbol for attachments.

Thanks for the suggestion. One thing you could do right now, if you want, is to change the order of the fields of the Concise View (if that's what you mean by the summary field) so that Notes is near the top -- that way you'd see it immediately when you selected the reference. This can be done in preferences.
