Jon, kudos for the amazing improvements in 10.4.1. I find links especially useful. So here is some specific feedback.
1) In the right-side panel, whenever I change anything to a field and then save (either bey hitting the Close button or by clicking somewhere in list view), I get this "SQL Error: line 1:68: unexpected token." It's a benign thing, for the changes always get saved, but this error routine gets boring after a while.
2) I'm ecstatic about the new Item Link in DevonThink 2. Henceforth, by adding DT links to BE references, I can write my reading notes in DevonThink and quickly get to the relevant notes from within BE while keeping the BE database smallish. But the problem is that BE seem to only understand links in the URL field. Well, I want to reserve the URL field to web URLs. So, the ideal solution would be to arrange for some other field to understand links. Alternatively, I might move all Web URLs to some other field in order to use the URL field for DT links, but this is obviously an awkward solution (for then I would have to manually copy and paste the web links on a web browser manually whenever I want to follow a link). Any ideas?
10.4.1 feedback: One problem, one suggestion

Hi,
First, you should download 10.4.2.
Second, yes, I see this bug too. It only happens when there is a Links column in the list view. I've fixed it, and I'll upload a silent update in a few hours. Edit: the fix is uploaded.
As for hypertext links in any field...right now, if you right-click in the URL field a contextual menu lets you open that URL in your browser. I will extend this to any field. If you right-click on any field in the reference window, Bookends will examine each line for "://" (without the quote marks). If it's there, it will be treated as a hypertext like (URI) and Bookends will offer to open it. This will be available in the next update (not 10.4.2).
