Global case change

Using Global Change..., Is it possible to keep some words in one case while changing the rest of the words in a field? For instance, if want to change the "journal" field to Title Case and I have a journal such as COMMUNICATIONS OF ACM, I would like to get "Communications of the ACM" not "Communications Of the Acm." Any way of doing this? Thanks.

I don't think you can do that. In this particular case, you can do a search/replace after the change case and convert "Acm" back to ACM.
