importing biblio references

I would like to know how i can import references from a Word doc..

This may or may not be possible, depending on how the references are formatted. There is a section in the User Guide called "Creating filters for existing bibliographies" that may be of help with this.

If i have a Word doc like this

Always like that over 47 pages, it is possible do import to Bookends??

Not in an acceptable way (to me, anyway). There is too much inconsistancy between references for one Bookends filter to parse them all with any accuracy.
