Title Omission in Subsequent Citations

I currently have a problem with how subsequent citations are displayed. Using CMS footnotes, the first footnote looks something like this:

Michael Mercep, et al., â€œActivation-induced apoptosis,â€

I'm sorry, what is CMS? Chicago Manual of Style?

In any case, no, Bookends is not that smart. If you tell it that a secondary citation should have the title, it will.
