sorting online searches by date?

Hi,

I just noticed that when you are sorting online pubmed searches by date it will sort according to the alphabet or something funny? I just did a search and this is how the results were listed:

May 9
May 8
May 3
May 21
May 2
May 12
May 11
May 1
May
Mar 21
Jun 1
Jun 1
Jun
Feb-Mar
Apr 5
Apr 30
Apr 23
Apr 18

Any chance this could be changed to a more 'appropriate' format? I would prefer listing according to Pubmed listing date or something similar.

The sorts are alphanumeric (not by real date). So PubMed dates like 2008 May 15 will sort correctly by year, but after that by letter of the month. But the order in which PubMed returns the results is always (or usually) newest first, just as in a browser).
