Turabian Formatting Glitch? -Solved?

Ok. I previously posted about a comma before the parenthesis in the book format for the Turabian Footnotes format.
The standard BE code looks like:
a, t,$, ed. $e, $, ed. $u1~,~ $trans. $u3*~, ~u2~ ed.~`, `u13~ vols.~|~ ~f|~, vol. ~v` (`l: u, d;$ reprint, $u12`).`
The output looks like this:
Henri Frankfurt, Ancient Egyptian Religion, (New York: Harper & Row, 1961).
To my knowledge, there should be no comma between the title and the publication information enclosed in parentheses. I have tried a number of different things to eliminate this unwanted comma from deleting commas to inserting a binding break (|) but to no avail. Does anyone know how to remove the comma?
Edit: Problem Partially Solved! Please see the code I am using below:
a, t$, ed. $e $, ed. $u1~,~ $, trans. $u3*~, ~u2~ ed.~, u13~ vols.~|~ ~f|~, vol. ~v` (`l: u, d;$ reprint, $u12`).`
Now my output looks like this:
Henri Frankfurt, Ancient Egyptian Religion (New York: Harper & Row, 1961).
I do not understand why a force quote was used around the comma immediately preceding the u13, but it was highly annoying to try to find it.
However, now I am having a problem with a book which has only a title and a translator (u3) before the publication information.
BE original Turabian Footnote code is:
a, t,$, ed. $e, $, ed. $u1~,~ $trans. $u3*~, ~u2~ ed.~`, `u13~ vols.~|~ ~f|~, vol. ~v` (`l: u, d;$ reprint, $u12`).`
The output looks like this:
Hartmut Gese, Essays in Biblical Theologytrans. K. Crim, (Minneapolis: Augsburg, 1981).
My further revised code is this:
a, t$, ed. $e $, ed. $u1~,~ $, trans. $u3* u2~ ed.~, u13~ vols.~|~ ~f|~, vol. ~v` (`l: u, d;$ reprint, $u12 |~; original publication~, u11`).`
My code produces the following output:
Hartmut Gese, Essays in Biblical Theology, trans. K. Crim (Minneapolis: Augsburg, 1981).
This however raises one last problem which I am as yet unable to resolve. The following code is what I currently have:
a, t$, ed. $e $, ed. $u1 $, trans. $u3* ~,~u2~ ed.~ u13~ vols.~|~ ~ |~, ~f|~, vol. ~v` (`l: u, d;$ reprint, $u12 |~; original publication~, u11`).`
However, I am unable to get a necessary comma in after the translator and before the number of vols. My output is as follows:
Jean Calvin, Institutes of the Christian Religion, ed. John T. McNeill, trans. Ford Lewis Battles 2 vols., Library of Christian Classics, vol. 21 (Philadelphia: The Westminster Press, 1960).
I would appreciate any suggestions.
Edit:
Here is my final code:
a, t$, ed. $e $, ed. $u1 $, trans. $u3* ~, ~u2~ ed.~ ~, ~u13~ vols.~|~ ~ |~, ~f|~, vol. ~v` (`l: u, d;$ reprint, $u12|~; original publication~, u11`).`
My output is now correct for all of my current variables. Some examples are listed below so others can see the output of the code:
Henri Frankfurt, Ancient Egyptian Religion (New York: Harper & Row, 1961).
Charles Hodge, Systematic Theology, vol. 2 (Grand Rapids: Wm. B. Eerdmans Publishing Company, n.d.; reprint, 1995).
Hartmut Gese, Essays in Biblical Theology, trans. K. Crim (Minneapolis: Augsburg, 1981).
Hopefully this will help someone else.
If anyone sees a potential problem (conflict/formatting issue) with this code, please let me know.
Edit: I am having the same problem with the all of my bibliography types (book [manually fixed], journal article [manually fixed], book chapter [manually fixed], dictionary article [manually fixed], personal communication [manually fixed]). There is an extra comma in all of these types in the Turabian Footnotes format prior to the parenthesis when there is only the author/editor and title preceding the publication information. Is there supposed to be a comma there? has there been a formatting change to Turabian Footnotes of which I am unaware? Just curious.
