APA 6 Journal Title Case Problem

I'm having a problem with my APA 6 format. It continues to format journal titles as sentence case, even though I have the title set to display "as entered." Changing to the other options (all caps, title case) works fine but it will not leave titles as entered. APA 5 format seems to work OK. Using 11.0.4. Any ideas?

Hm, I'll be uploading Bookends 11.0.5 shortly. Please try with the new APA 6th format and see if that's still a problem for you. If it is, please contact tech support (support@sonnysoftware.com).
