SBL Footnote scans as Author/Date

Greetings,
I scan my Mellel document using SBL Footnote, but the result is an author-date format. In formats manager, the examples show all the correct information.

SBL footnote is a custom citation format. It is called by the format SBL Bib. So select SBL Bib to scan with.
