Author as a whole, not Surename, First Name

Hi everybody!
I have not found an answer to my question on this forum and hope
I didn't simply overlook it…
First of all, I am still using bookens 10.6.3 but I am curious if
there might be a solution in bookends 11. Well, here comes the
problem: in my style sheet (based un the unified style sheet
for linguists proposed by linguist list) I list authors in the
bibliography by last name, followed by their first name:
This causes incorrect results when the author of a book is actually
an institution, like the spanish language accademy:
Instead, It should say
Is there any way to get this working in bookends without manual correction
