Notecard with header. Problem copy notecard with citation

Hi Jon,

I'm using BE 11.3.2.
When I use "Copy Notecard And Citation" for a notecard that has citation, the cited pages are not included in the citation.
It seems that in order that cited pages are included, the indication of the cited pages (beginning with @) should be on the firs line of the note.
At the same time, to have a header, the header (beginning with #) should also be on the firs line.
So it seems that it is not possible to have both at the same time.
I think this should be corrected.

Also, I noticed that the tags (starting with %) are also copied as part of the note. I think the normal copy notecard and citation should not include the tags.
