Often one reference is a review or closely related to another, so I want to link them and I'm not sure the best way to handle that. Notes seems the best place to me, but then if I create a bookends link they do not work: I think because notecards are plain text. But BE does use a simple type of markdown to format the notecard #title.
So a possible feature for a future version would be to allow markdown links in notecards: [reference_title](bookmarks://the_link) — they are stored as plain text, but when viewing, just like the formatted notecard #title, they are visualised as a link? This would make navigating to related articles just a bit easier. Any other suggestions for a workflow for handling this in the meantime would be appreciated.
[Feature Request] Support Bookends links in Notecards
Re: [Feature Request] Support Bookends links in Notecards
I know links work in text editing fields, I don't recall about notecards (perhaps not), but I'm on vacation and can't test right now.
