Hi Everyone,
Any body knows how to do:
1. to copy/generate formatted citation from BE directly?
2. to change 'Formatted Reference' pane to display a formatted citation? or display both reference and citation?
I have around 400 pages document and I'm trying to avoid re-scanning to fix a number of footnotes so I'm trying to do that manually. I only use Chicago Manual Style, when I try to do "Copy formatted" (command+K), BE generates a formatted reference.
What I am looking to do is to copy or generate a formatted citation to use in a footnote. The only way I could do that now, without re-scanning is copy citation to blank document, have BE scan it then copy it to a footnote.
I have looked around in the user guide and searched the this forum but wasnt able to find what I'm looking for. Sorry if this has been discussed in a thread before, Id appreciate directing me to it.
copy formatted citation
Re: copy formatted citation
Make a format in which the rules for the final citation you want are entered in the Bibliography tab. Then Edit -> Copy Formatted.

Re: copy formatted citation
I'll try duplicating the format then switch the setting/rules for citation with bibliography.
Thanks.
Thanks.
