Hanging Indents not showing pasted in doc.

I have read from past posts that the bibliography window will not show hanging indents. The provided advice is that they will show when pasted into the document. This used to work for me, but stopped at some point, and I am not sure why. Now it pastes as formatted text but without a hanging indent. If I change from "Styled Text" to "Plain Text," the indent shows up in the Bib window and pasted in the doc.

The "Hanging Indent" boxes are checked in Formats Manager. I use Chicago 17A and Turabian. The same is happening with both.
What am I doing wrong?

Actually, the documentation is out of date -- hanging indents do show up in the bibliography window, and they survive copy/paste into NWP -- I just tested it.

This will only work with Styled Text selected, not Plain Text (plain text has no formatting at all), which is backward from what you're reporting. Please contact tech support directly with more information (e.g. screen snaps).
