Open PDF with a specified application

Hi,

would being able to set a default application to open PDFs in Bookends, that is different from Finder default application, make sense?
Like, I use Highlights to work with PDFs from Bookends but I don't want Highlights to open every trivial PDF I have by default on my computer.

Something similar to what we have with setting a default word processing software perhaps?

EDIT: I know I can select one from the list but I mean a default that opens up when click "Open With App".

You can do that now. Select your preferred default PDF reader in Settings, General tab.
